Daniel Křetínský
Daniel Křetínský was born in Brno in 1975. He studied at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Law and at the same faculty became a Bachelor of Political Science. After his studies, he worked as a trainee lawyer in Brno’s Gottweis & Partner law office. In 1999, he began working for J&T investment group, becoming a partner in it in 2003. In 2009 he was involved in the founding of Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) within the J&T Group. He is Chair of the Board of the holding, minority owner of EP Industries and head of the AC Sparta Praha football club.
Patrik Tkáč
Patrik Tkáč was born in 1973 and studied at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Bratislava. During his studies, he undertook a placement in VP Bank VADUZ in Liechtenstein and he was subsequently awarded a brokerage licence from the Ministry of Finance of Slovakia. After his studies, he worked in Procter&Gamble. Mr. Tkáč is a Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of J&T Finance Group SE (“JTFG”), an international banking group providing services in the field of private, retail and investment banking, asset management & securities trading mainly in CEE region. He is also a Chairman of the Board of J&T Banka, a.s. Beside activities within JTFG, he among other owns a significant shareholding interests in J&T Private Equity Group, EP Global Commerce, Czech Media Invest or Mall Group.
